"The third Cup World of bread" invited the Peru to participate in this meeting which will be held in Saint Etienne, France, from 16 to 26 September, involving two expert bakers.
The selection of the Peru is represented by master Baker Abdón Ruiz, who was chosen as the Best Baker young Mistura 2010; Thanks to its eleven years of experience in bakery, now has the mission, along with Garri Ruiz, a young Baker and outstanding alumnus of the institution, bring this award from France.
The Peruvian delegation will compete along with other 14 teams and is the first occasion that a National Committee is part of this important contest, where will present six varieties of breads that should develop beyond: pastries, bread crispy, bread regional biological bread, artistic piece and sandwich, the same that will merged with inputs of Peruvian origin such as quinoa, amaranth, purple corn flourlucuma, cocona, tuna, red pepper and alpaca meat.
