Restaurants earn the 'Oscar'

Peruvian cuisine, dressed Gala to reward the best restaurants in Lima, Arequipa, Cusco, La Libertad and Lambayeque.

For fourth year, the 'Guide Summum' - according to experts from Ipsos support opinion and market - survey, unveiled the 'Oscar' of our gastronomy.

The first was for the restaurant 'Rafael', followed 'La Gloria', 'Astrid & Gastón', 'Central', 'Malabar', 'Fish capital', 'Fiesta Chiclayo Gourmet', ' Lima 27', 'The market' and 'Cala'.

Among the featured dishes: cebiche better and the best cause was ' Lamar '. The best lomo saltado won it "José Antonio" and the best pisco sour, 'Glory'.

Recognized the contribution of the chefs Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, Astrid Gutsche, Raúl Vargas and Gastón Acurio.
